Getting Started
Each proposal begins with a site inspection of the location to be decorated. In order to prepare a professional quote for your site, we must review and develop a decorating plan and schedule the installation and removal times. To achieve this, Holiday Decorators R Us require a meeting with your representative to have a walk-through of the areas to be decorated.
Our team is happy to answer questions, propose ideas and themes and will match the design to the existing facilities decor or create a unique concept if requested. We will design a festive installation for any size space, large or small. |

How it works 1. design consultationYour design consultant will schedule an evaluation of your space and listen to your design concepts and answer your questions. Whether your decorating plan is a color, a theme, a classic display, something modern or a even a totally unique idea, we are happy to help bring it to life.

2. custom design prepThe next step is to prepare a concept to present with the color, elements, and theme that fits within your budget. A date will be selected and the installation date and time will be coordinated. HDRU offers turnkey installation, arriving after work hours and decorating into the evening.

3. decoration installationWe will assemble our team of decorators and bring all of the elements for your installation. Should the installation require more than one visit, it can be scheduled in stages. After, employees arrive to find the area has been transformed as they are greeted with a festive surprise!

4. breakdown & removalOn the scheduled date, our team will return and deconstruct your decorations, lighting, wreaths, trees and accents. They will be placed in their boxes and stored away to be retrieved for the next years decorating.
